Me HABAKURAMA F. Xavier holds LLB degree &LLM degree from the university of Rwanda, being at National University of Rwanda, He occupied many decision taking posts in student associations such as: President of AEDN Association des Etudiants du District de Ngoma an association for more than 500 Students.
Founder and first President of DUSAF as District Union Students Association Forum, it was a forum for all students from 30 districts and covering more than 2500 students. Me HABAKURAMA F. Xavier previously worked as a Registrar at Gasabo Intermediate Court from 2010 to 2013 he was an Employee for NATIONAL LAND CENTER as Field Manager in Systematic Land Registration in Rwanda in 2013 Me HABAKURAMA F. Xavier was Elected as President of Eastern Province Environment committee till now.
From 2013 to 2014 Me HABAKURAMA F. Xavier was Professionally in Charge of Land Registration in Rwanda Natural Resources Authority He attended and is still participating in several trainings, seminar, meetings, workshop mainly related to legal systems improvement, land policy, Rwanda judicial systems, and ICT and youth entrepreneurship and so on. Along with being a Rwandan bar association and east African law society member Xavier is currently a managing Partner at FIDELIS ADVOCATES LTD

Me UWIZERA Zeno Has got his Bachelor degree of laws (LLB) from UNILAK « Independent Institute of Lay Adventist of Kigali, ex. University Laïque Adventist de Kigali (UNILAK and the post graduate diploma in legal practice from the institute of legal practice and development (ILPD). He is currently a member of Rwanda Bar association and east African law society as an advocate with high quality in making in legal profession. Zeno has worked in Rwanda judicial system since 2003 as chief registrar in Primary court, registrar high court and Commercial court
Currently Me UWIZERA Zeno is an associate at FIDELIS Advocates he is committed, honest courageous always he is learning new things with team work in law firm. Outside of his career Me UWIZERA Zeno likes football

UWIZEYE Doreen got her bachelor degree of logistics and procurement from KIGALI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMT (KIM) She is currently being an officer adminstrator at FIDELIS Advocates with her daily duties Doreen is seen as the face of Fidelis Advocates Doreen previously worked in Movit production as a sells and market officer.
